Late Shopping in Lewes, Thursday 1st December

Tomorrow evening is late shopping in Lewes East Sussex. I will be in Stewards Inn Lane Studios with very talented artists and crafts people. Shells in a pot

Hello all,

I love shells.

I have been collecting shells from the beaches and seabeds for years. I now have a box overflowing with beautiful shells of all shapes, sizes and colours.  I bought 2 clear glass pots to display them in and it looks beautiful.

One is in the bathroom and the bigger one on the fire place next to some driftwood.

Below a brand new bag I have created : on my website very soon!!
I haven't found a name yet. It's made with a soft velvety purple and burgundy fabric and the lining is a genuine 1960's cotton print:

I added this yellow button on only one side to give it another dimension and a splash of brightness!

Eltham Palace

Hello,
Last Saturday, we went to Eltham Palace and gardens situated in South East London. Totally furnished floor to ceiling in art deco style by the top designers of the 20's-30’s, a place not to miss.
There was an Art Deco Fair in the grounds where you could find lots of beautiful furniture, lamps, decorative objects, leather bags, paintings, jewellery, hats and lots more.


The gardens were green and lush with colourful flowers, it has great views of the City and the London Eye.


It was so amazing we decided to join the English Heritage. Lots of more visits are already planned so I am very excited.
